Everything included. Nothing left to figure out.
Twelve folders. One for everything that matters.
Each tab is pre-labeled and color-coded to match the guide, so you never wonder where something goes, and your family never wonders where to look.
Done in an afternoon. Ready for decades.
Gather
The guide lists exactly what to look for: the will, the deed, the policies, the account details. Tick them off as you go.
File it where it says
Each worksheet names its folder and color. Your side goes on the front; what your family does next is on the back.
Hand over the card
Give a next-of-kin card to the people you trust. When it matters, they know where to look and how to open it.
Every ICE Box ships with ICE Capsule stickers and the free Life's Capsule app, so you can attach a voice or video note to any document. See how it works.
"Hi sweetie. This is the mortgage. Call Lisa at the branch on Main, she's known us for twenty years. The deed is in the brown folder."
Forty seconds. Decades of clarity.Leave behind more than paper.
The box holds the deed. It doesn't say which branch manager has known your family for twenty years. ICE Capsule lets you attach your voice to anything in the box.
Stick the QR
Peel a sticker from the sheet in your box and put it on a folder, a deed, a photograph.
Scan with the app
Open the free Life's Capsule app, tap Scan, and record a video, voice memo or note. Three taps.
They scan it later
Years on, your family scans the same sticker and hears you explain it, in your own words.

Is it fireproof?
No box is. ICE Box is fire-resistant: the shell is a multi-layer silicone-coated fiberglass with an aluminized interior, independently SGS-tested and rated UL 94 V-0, which means it self-extinguishes and slows flame spread. It's also water-resistant. We say exactly that, because your family will rely on it.
I already have a will. Do I need this?
A will is one document. ICE Box is where the will lives, with the insurance policies, the deed, the account list, the passwords and the names of the people to call. It's the box your executor opens first.
Is it safe to write down passwords?
Safer than leaving your family locked out. The box has a combination lock, and only the people you give a next-of-kin card to know the code. Keep the box somewhere private and the card with someone you trust.
Do couples need two?
Usually one Classic holds a household. Couples who keep separate finances, or who want a go-bag set, add a Lite. The 2-pack and the Classic + Lite bundle cover both.
How long does it take to set up?
Most people finish in an afternoon. The guide tells you what to gather and which folder it goes in, and the erasable pen means you can update it as life changes.
